1. Product Use

• This product is intended only for adults of legal smoking age in their country or region (generally 18 or 21 years old).
• This product may contain nicotine (where applicable). Nicotine is an addictive chemical and is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals with heart disease, high blood pressure, respiratory conditions, or those allergic to nicotine or any e-cigarette ingredients.
• You must follow the product instructions for proper use and must not modify, disassemble, or use the product for purposes other than its intended function.

2. Purchase and Sales Restrictions

• You are responsible for ensuring the legality of purchasing and using this product in your country or region and for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse sales of the product to certain regions or individuals, to the extent permitted by law.

3. Risks and Liability

• Use of this product may pose health risks, including but not limited to nicotine addiction, allergic reactions, and respiratory discomfort. You assume all associated risks
• The Company shall not be liable for any damage arising from misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow the product instructions.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.

4. Product Quality and Warranty

• The Company provides a limited warranty on the product’s quality under normal use conditions, as specified in the purchase receipt and after-sales policy.
• Disposable e-cigarettes are consumable products. Performance degradation over usage time is normal and does not constitute a product defect.

5. Intellectual Property

• This product, along with its trademarks, designs, packaging, and manuals, is protected by intellectual property laws. No part may be used without prior written authorization from the Company.

6. Changes to the Terms

• The Company may revise these Terms as necessary, and the updated version will be published on the Company’s official website or through relevant product channels.
• Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Company’s place of registration.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved first through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Company’s place of registration.
